It also offers after-sales support, training and consulting in the field of accessibility and artificial intelligence. Its solutions enable automatic monitoring of compliance with international accessibility standards and support customers in meeting legal requirements.
In an effort to continuously improve the quality of its services and gain a significant market position, SAT decided to implement a Quality Management System compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This decision was based on the fact that, operating on the basis of customer requirements, meeting their needs and expectations is the highest priority.
Implementation of the Policy
We implement our Quality Policy in relation to the services we provide by:
- Implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
- Ensuring that the services offered and the software developed comply with the requirements and are of the highest quality.
- Ensuring appropriate technical conditions for the design and development of software and the provision of training and consulting services.
- Ensuring that the services offered are provided by personnel with the highest level of competence and qualifications.
- Continuously developing the offer and improving the quality of services and software.

Bearing in mind that development and continuous improvement are key areas in the implementation of the strategy, we are committed to continuously improving the QMS and its processes and achieving compliance with all requirements imposed on the Organisation, including applicable legal requirements, regulations and customer requirements. Senior management is committed to providing adequate resources for the implementation of the Policy.
